I will not rent, sell, lease, or give away any of your personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

We may now or in the future start an email list. If you subscribe to this email list, you will be providing any contact information that you enter, such as your name and email address and other personally identifiable information, to us through a third party service such as MailChimp. We do not share your personally identifiable information to any third party for marketing purposes. Only authorized staff of this site and certain other related services (such as email list management software, payment processors, etc) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. However, you as the user understand that any information you send or transmit over this site cannot be absolutely guaranteed to be 100% safe from hackers, identity thieves, and other criminals despite efforts made to protect that information, given the prevalence of such criminal activity. You as the user understand that by submitting and transmitting any information using this site, that Josh Smith AZ Photo and its suppliers and vendors take reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but in the event of theft of your information, you will not hold Josh Smith AZ Photo and/or any of its suppliers or vendors responsible for any damages that may occur as a result.

RSS And Email Subscriptions
This website records information about how people access our RSS feeds, but does not collect any personally identifying information from or about our RSS subscribers. This website’s feed services collect the e-mail addresses of individuals that subscribe to our RSS feed via e-mail. Individual information about subscribers to this website’s feed is held in strict confidence; we will not release or disclose any specific subscriber information under any circumstances, unless required by law. Aggregated information stripped of any personally identifiable information may be disclosed.
